In the case of a foreigner who has been detained during investigation under this Act or the prevailing law, for the duration of the detention and in the case of a foreigner for whom a case has been filed, from the date of filing of such case until the day of payment of imprisonment in case of a sentence of imprisonment and in case of a fine only, the fine has been paid. No visa fee will be charged for the day.
